Greetings Spokanites!

Not only is it Mother's Day weekend, but it's also Gonzaga commencement weekend!  What better way to celebrate life, mothers, and the completion of four grueling years of Gonzaga liberal arts conundra than to tip back a few pints at ZOLA, taking in the hot jazz of Hot Club of Spokane??!

We'll be taking the stage Saturday, May 10, at 9pm, playing until midnight.  We welcome special musical guests Ken Luker on lead guitar, Andrew Wilson on fiddle, and Bruce Pennell on upright bass.  We'll have Daini back for a larger set of tunes as well!

On the horizon, Hot Club of Spokane invites you to mark your calendars for these important events:

Spokane Art Fest, at Coeur D'Alene Park in Browne's Addition, May 30, 8pm - Hot Club of Spokane will take the main stage for two hours of hot jazz dance music!

Arbor Crest Winery Summer Concert, July 6, 5pm to dusk - Hot Club of Spokane's 4th of July weekend concert, in perfect ambiance!

The Stolen Sweets, July 17th, doors at 6:30pm at The Spokane Masonic Center's Commandery Room!  Hot Club of Spokane will provide the opening entertainment, and we'll be providing guest spots during the Sweets sets!  Tickets on sale NOW thru TicketsWest at 1-800-325-SEAT or www.ticketswest.com   (DANCERS!  Special ticket price available - ask your local dance studio, or come to a Hot Club of Spokane performance at ZOLA to purchase tickets!)  A portion of proceeds will support local Kiwanis Clubs area youth programs.  Please call Gary Jespersen for details: (509) 999-2634
