Hey Spokane!  Spring is finally here!  Easter weekend is upon us!

We invite you to join us THIS FRIDAY April 10th at ZOLA, 22 W Main, for an evening of HOT JAZZ, as well as a special birthday celebration for our lead singer, Daini Hertel!  

Music begins at 9:30pm, and we'll be playing until about 1:00am!  Bring your friends and neighbors, grab a delicious adult beverage, and dance the night away!

Also, for those who've been wondering when we're going to swing it at a local ballroom, in collaboration with 6' Swing and the newly created Swing IN events organization, we'll be playing an ALL-AGES dance event at the Spokane Masonic Center, Friday April 24th.  The event begins at 7pm, with an hour long dance lesson, then live music from 6' Swing and Hot club of Spokane from 8pm to 11pm.  The event will conclude with DJ'ed music until midnight.  Children under 10 years of age are free with a paid Adult.  Adult admission is $10, and students with ID are just $7.

Swing IN All-Ages dances will continue on the last Sunday of each month, with 6' Swing playing the May 31 event, and Hot Club of Spokane playing the June 28 event.  

Additionally, The Casbah has begun a new Saturday Swing Dance, every Saturday starting May 2nd!!  These dances run from 7pm to 9:30pm, and are 21+ only.  Cover is $5.  Currently, three local swing bands will be taking the stage in rotation, starting with 6' Swing on May 2nd, then Hot Club of Spokane on May 9th, and Spokane's newest swing band, Timmy Swift and the Swingin' Vinos on May 16th.
